Our Story
In 1998 a mortgage broking company by the name of Access Home Loans was formed by Paul Taylor a former ANZ Mobile Mortgage Manager . Paul recognised that there was a level of ‘professional service’ lacking across the banking industry. His vision was that Access Home Loans would bridge this gap by providing prospective home owners and investors with finance for that important purchase with professional service, that is complete in every aspect, unparalleled in the finance industry.
This was achieved, mainly due to referral of friends and family, we are still able to provide our clients with excellent service. In 2002 we changed our name to Toowoomba Home Loans.
Our business continued to grow and we found ourselves helping borrowers in both Brisbane and The Sunshine Coast. At this time we created a sister company Accessible Home Loans with offices in Brisbane and The Sunshine Coast.
Toowoomba Home Loans remained our Head Office. We are fortunate to have been able to help all our investor clients and have listened to what they have been telling us. “There appears to be a lack of an entity available to help property investors with everything” is the message we were hearing.
